Wet first Sep 22, 2009
By A. Buterbaugh There was nothing wrong w the product, it was new, shipped on time, and in perfect condition. What I didnt realize though was that these have to be wet first to become 'towels' so you can't really use them for drying off after a shower until you've wet then dried them. I might have skipped this info in the description so I'm not blaming the product, just pointing it out so no one makes the same mistake.

DO NOT MACHINE WASH!!!! Oct 20, 2010
By J. Allen Right on the package it says machine washable. So I threw one in the washer. It came out as an unuseable ball of fuzz. They offered to let me return the package and purchase a new set, but the timing isn't going to work for me so I am simply out one towel. The towel worked, though, and I intend to go ahead and hand wash the other two towels.

Great product for emergencies Aug 06, 2011
By Glenda Hunter Just got my towels in and of course i had to use one immediately. Be aware that there are multiple sizes I thought i was getting three of the beach towels but these are hand towels. They are a little smaller than dish towels and BE CAREFUL opening the packages I used a knife to open the package and nicked the pill. The towels came out in shreds so be careful using sharp objects to open. These are GREAT for an emergency kit and they are wicking material and reuseable, but they will NEVER be that small again, lol.

Perfect for what I want Jul 19, 2011
By vrb "Perfect" is all relative to what you want. If you want a silk hankie or industrial-grade absorption, this isn't it. For me, it is the perfect addition to my camping gear. It's incredibly small and light so I don't notice the addition to my gear, but when I want it, it's there. Then, when it wears out (which it doesn't do quickly), I can simply grab another one, and away I go. Great way to always keep a camp towel on hand!
